Who is Ljósálfar?
What’s the story?
When I first began my musical journey I never put much thought into where I wanted the path to lead, or what I wanted to write. But this last year or so I have discovered what it is I want to achieve: community.
In 2024 I joined my local historical reenactment group, Wihtwara. At the time, I had no idea of the guidance I would be given by my mentors watchful eye, and how much the group would come to mean for me. Through training, I discovered an unappreciated wealth of knowledge surrounding my little island’s ancient history and quickly realised that I wanted to share this knowledge the only way I knew how - through music.

What is Children of Bragi?
As the founding member of Children of Bragi, my wish is to form connections with instrumentalists across the music industry, I hope to breathe new life into the sagas of old in order to keep them alive for generations to come.
So far I have had the pleasure of working with double bass-player and producer Jon Thorne, he is my biggest supporter and never fails to inspire me!
I also enjoy working with guitarist and folk musician Ben Allman, Ben is has been a great help whilst writing my folk music.
What services do I offer?
As I am currently studying my degree and learning my creative process, I currently do not take on large musical projects, instead focusing on graphic design.
